Where does my human coach fit in?

A real coach sets the direction and reviews your pattern weekly. Toni handles daily support and summarizes what matters so your coach can give better feedback.

Do I need another app?

No. Toni works inside iMessage or WhatsApp. The habit is texting, not opening another app.

Is the beta free?

We are inviting early users in waves and testing the first coach-supervised beta offers now.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your info is used for your coaching experience, not sold. We also avoid medical diagnosis or clinical advice.
